1. Dates of crawl are extended from Monday Dec 14th to Saturday Dec 19th. 

2. You do not have to be a retail business, but will need a physical location for customers to get passport stamped.

3.Participants will pick up a passport at any participating location but drop off is required at Deja Vu by 5pm on Dec 19th. (we hope to have your operating hours on the passport so participants know when they can get it stamped) 

4. We will have the Grand Prize drawing at 7pm on Saturday Dec 19th at Goddess Fitness during the PBSBA Christmas Party.

5.Prize is a $500 Gift Certificate to any PBSBA Member or it can be split up among members as the winner wants.

6. Advertising will start early next week on the local radio station and on FB ads.

7. Cost to participate is $50.00. This will help cover advertising, passport/stamps and Grand Prize.

8. We ask that you have a drawing to give an additional incentive to get participants.

9. DEADLINE to register is 5pm on Monday, November 23rd. Theresa Harrell-OrsoTabatha Reeves or myself will come by on Monday to collect and get your information or you can pay by PayPal and we collect your info over the phone.

(We have an appointment to visit with Arkansas Printing on November 24th at 1pm to order passports)

10. We ask that you post on the Christmas Crawl event page often.  We will use the hashtag #pbChristmascrawl.

11. The details will be posted on our website. (Hopefully on Tuesday afternoon)  Our website will be used in advertising on the radio.

12. Must be 18 years old to get a passport

13. Members and Immediate family members of the PBSBA are not eligible to win the grand prize.

We are estimating the cost of this promotion will be approx $2000.  ($1,000 in radio ads, $500 Grand Prize...plus FB ads and printing)
